Sir, 
            We are constrained to show our resentment at the undue delay in the delivery of books for our school library. We placed a bulk order for the purchase of books for the library two months ago. This inordinate delay on your part defies logic and good sense. Mitra Agency & Co. Guwahati are the leading publishers and book suppliers of  Guwahati. They enjoy a great reputation and goodwill in the market. Such kind of behaviour is against their, prestige and goodwill. Nor does it conform to the ethics of business. Before we decide otherwise, we would like to enquire from you about the
reason for this delay. 
          Enough is enough. You know that the first term of the academic year has almost come to an end. After a few days, the school will close for the Pooja and Diwali festival. If you fail to deliver the books up to 15th September, we will be compelled to cancel the order. We hope you will not compel us to look for another supplier for the books.
