Sir

     I am a student of class Xll of your school. Due to Sudden attack of Dengue fever. I had to remain absent from the 1st unit test without an application for leas,e. I thought I would be back within two days. But it did not happen. After testing blood, the illness has been detected as Dengue. I could not come before a week. As a result, my name was struck Off the 1st unit test of class X.

    I apologise for being absent from the school without an application for leave. I request you kindly excuse me for this. I assure you that I shall never repeat such a thing in future. I shall make up the deficiency within a short time caused by the 1st unit test.
